Account responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Seller accounts may only be used for lawful business activity.

Storefronts and orders

Sellers are responsible for product information, pricing, availability, customer communication, order fulfillment, and compliance with laws applicable to their business. QuickCart provides the software used to manage and present this information.

Subscriptions

Access to subscription features depends on the selected plan and its active billing period. Access may be limited when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is suspended.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or use QuickCart for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep QuickCart available and secure, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Account suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated when these terms are violated, required fees remain unpaid, or continued access creates a security or legal risk.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
